1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Starts April 13, 2009 at 8:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends April 12, 2010 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the "Sweepstakes Period").
2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a member of the Huggies® Enjoy the Ride Rewards Program (“Program”). Becoming a member is free. Membership is subject to the Official Program Terms and Conditions (incorporated herein by reference), available at www.EnjoyTheRideRewards.com. You must also be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who is 18 years of age or older or a legal resident of Canada who has reached the legal age of majority in his/her Province/Territory of residence AND have a valid email address. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes: (a) any person who, at any time on or after April 13, 2009, was or is a director, officer, or employee of Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC, or Kimberly-Clark Inc. After successfully registering, you will automatically earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Your entry will allow you to participate in each daily sweepstakes draw from the day you register until the end of the Sweepstakes Period (see Rule #4 below for details). All registrations must be submitted by April 12, 2010 at 11:59:59 PM CT in order to be entered into this Sweepstakes. All entries become property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. 4. RANDOM DAILY SWEEPSTAKES DRAWS: There will be a total of 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) Daily Sweepstakes Draws, each corresponding to one (1) day of the Sweepstakes. For the purposes of the Sweepstakes, each day (“Day”) will begin at 12:00:00 AM CT and end at 11:59:59 PM CT, except for the first Day which begins at 8:00:00 AM CT. Within approximately one (1) week of each Day of the Sweepstakes Period, an independent judging organization (the “Sweepstakes Judges”) will randomly draw one (1) entry to determine one (1) daily potential winner (each a “Potential Winner”) from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Daily Sweepstakes Draw (i.e. at or before 11:59:59 on the Day in respect of which the draw is being conducted). Non-winning entries from one Daily Sweepstakes Draw will roll over to successive Daily Sweepstakes Draws. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (365): At the onset of the Sweepstakes, there are 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) prizes available to be won, each consisting of a one (1) year supply of Huggies® diapers, to be awarded as follows: awarded as forty-eight (48) USD $12 coupons for winners who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): USD $576 each) OR twenty-six (26) CAD $22 coupons for winners who are legal residents of Canada (ARV: CAD $572 each).

   Total ARV of prizes available to be won: USD $210,240.00 assuming all winners are U.S. residents, and CAD $ $208,780.00 assuming all winners are Canadian residents.

   Coupons are subject to the terms specified thereon. Coupons expire on the dates specified thereon. Prizes are not transferable, or redeemable for cash, and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsors, which reserve the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at their sole discretion. All federal, provincial, local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are each Winner’s responsibility. 6. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE: Potential Winners will be contacted by phone, mail or email with instructions on how to claim the prize. Canadian residents: In order to be eligible to win a prize, Potential Winners must first correctly answer, without mechanical aid and/or assistance, a timed mathematical skill-testing question. If applicable, prizes won by an entrant who is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian of such minor, who must sign and return all required documentation outlined herein and otherwise comply with all requirements imposed on Winner(s) set forth herein.   Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address regardless of entry method.  Mailed entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2010 and received by January 7, 2011.  Sponsor is not responsible for and will not honor lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, postage due or misrouted entries.  All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. 

5. Drawings:
A series of 17 monthly random drawings with five winning entries selected each month for candy prizes will be conducted. Drawings will take place on or about the first business day of each month commencing in September, 2009 and ending in January, 2011 from all entries received by 11:59:59 pm ET on the last day of the preceding month and all mailed entries received by the drawing. A random drawing to select one Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries combined will be conducted on or about January 14, 2011. Drawings will be conducted by Promotion Fulfillment Center, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, in Clinton, Iowa. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. All winning and non winning entries will remain eligible to win in all remaining monthly and Grand Prize drawings. Grand Prize winner from the 2008-2009 Tootsie Pops How Many Licks Sweepstakes will not be eligible to win the Grand Prize for the 2009-2010 Tootsie Pop How Many Licks Sweepstakes.

6. Prizes:
Eighty Five (85) Monthly Prizes (five per month): A one year supply (27 pounds) of assorted Tootsie Candy items. Approximate Retail Value: $50/each. One (1) Grand Prize: $50,000 cash, awarded as a check made payable to the winner or, if the winner is a minor, to the winner’s parent or legal guardian. Bonus Prize: if the Grand Prize Winner’s guess as to the number of licks it takes to arrive at the chewy center of a Tootsie Pop is within 3% (plus or minus) of the average number of licks calculated from all entries combined, the Grand Prize Winner will receive an additional $5,000 cash, awarded as a check made payable to the winner. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes may not be transferred. No prize substitution. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by mail and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 14 days of the date of prize notification. If potential winner is a minor, prize will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required documents. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or documents are not completed and returned within the allotted time, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate. Monthly prizes will be shipped directly to winners. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Maximum total value of all prizes: $59,250.

High school seniors can win a $1,000 scholarship for first year expenses at an accredited college or private career school. One winner will be chosen every two weeks from October 30, 2009 through May 14, 2010. Students can begin registering September 14, 2009 and the first drawing will be held on October 30th.

I am numb and confused,afraid. My husband's hours at work have been cut. I can't work due to serious health problems. We are a family in a dire crisis. I am entering sweeps and lotteries.
